Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams beef steak, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons chili flake
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Insert the cubes of meat into 16 small wooden skewers. Place them in a baking dish. Mix the dressing, ginger and red pepper in a small bowl. Varnish the meat with half of this mixture. Cover it Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Refrigerate the remaining dressing mixture.
Preheat the grill. Remove the skewers from the marinade; Discard the marinade. Place them on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with cheese. Grind them at a distance of 4 to 6 inches from the heat, 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is well cooked, turning them over after 4 minutes.
Heat the sauce that you reserved, pass it and dip the skewers with it.
