Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Prepare the wings by cutting the tip where they meet to have two smaller piesas.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika. Bat the wings in the flour and place on a plate.
In a large pot, heat 4-5 cups of oil to 180 degrees Celsius. When the oil is hot return the wings through the mixture of flour and place in the oil to fry for 10-15 minutes or until they are crisp and golden brown.
While the wings are fried, mix the hot sauce, honey and brown sugar in a deep bowl.
Remove the wings from the oil, dry with paper towels and dip in the spicy mixture. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
