Delicious homemade dish with a Mexican touch,

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of pork loin head steak
  • 9 pieces of pasilla
  • 3 pieces of wide chili
  • 15 grams of nut
  • 17 grams of almond
  • 20 grams of roll
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Soak the hot peppers in hot water.
    Fry the walnuts, almonds, garlic, onion and bread with a little oil. Blend these ingredients.
    Salpimenta the steaks and fry them, when the steaks release their juice add what we liquefy once seasoned.
    Grind the peppers and add the previous preparation.
    Let it boil and serve hot.
