Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo pork loin head steak
  • 9 pasilla chili peppers
  • 3 ancho chili peppers
  • 15 grams walnut
  • 17 grams almond
  • 20 grams Mexican french bread roll
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Soak the hot peppers in hot water.
Fry the walnuts, almonds, garlic, onion and bread with a little oil. Blend these ingredients.
Salpimenta the steaks and fry them, when the steaks release their juice add what we liquefy once seasoned.
Grind the peppers and add the previous preparation.
Let it boil and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve with pot beans.

TIPS

Blend the chiles with chicken broth; not with the water where they were soaked.
