Tartar meat also known as "Steak Tartare" is raw ground beef / minced seasoned with onions, capers, lemon, mustard and spices. This dish is very popular also thanks to its high protein content.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 4 lemons, its juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, hard

Preparation

Boil 3 cups of water in a pot and boil the egg (from the yolk) for 30 seconds.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (including the yolk that boiled for 30 seconds), except the hard-boiled egg.
Try the meat and season with any additional ingredients to your liking (salt, more pepper, more lemon, etc.).
Serve the meat on individual plates accompanied by the hard-boiled egg.

PRESENTATION

Accompany French fries or a green salad.

TIPS

To make the meat look like in the photo, use a circular cookie cutter, fill it with meat and then remove it.

Carne tartara Me he llevado una grata sorpresa con esta receta, al principio no la quería preparar, porque no me imaginaba el sabor de la carne crida, pero el resultado es buenísimo, y si existen muchas formas de hacerla como esta receta http://mipagina.1001consejos.com/profiles/blogs/carne-tartara que es de mis favoritas, lleva alcaparras, cilantro y cerveza que le da un sabor único y queda deliciosa.
