Tartar meat also known as "Steak Tartare" is raw ground / minced beef garnished with onion, capers, lemon, mustard and spices. This dish is very popular also thanks to its high protein content.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 4 lemons, its juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, Lasted

Preparation

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan and boil the egg (from the egg yolk) for 30 seconds.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (including the egg yolk that boiled for 30 seconds), except the hard-boiled egg.
Taste the meat and season with any additional ingredients to your liking (salt, more pepper, more lemon, etc.).
Serve the meat in individual plates accompanied by the hard-boiled egg.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the meat of French fries or a green salad.

TIPS

To make the meat look like in the photo use a circular cookie cutter, fill it with the meat and then remove it.

Carne tartara Me he llevado una grata sorpresa con esta receta, al principio no la quería preparar, porque no me imaginaba el sabor de la carne crida, pero el resultado es buenísimo, y si existen muchas formas de hacerla como esta receta http://mipagina.1001consejos.com/profiles/blogs/carne-tartara que es de mis favoritas, lleva alcaparras, cilantro y cerveza que le da un sabor único y queda deliciosa.
