A traditional and delicious meat with a rich orange flavor. The orange gives a natural and unique flavor to the meat, accompany this dish with mashed potatoes or a salad.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos beef steak
  • 2 oranges, (your juice)
  • 1 1/2 lemons, (your juice)
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • oils
  • salt

Preparation

Chop the onion very finely in squares and fry it with enough oil to fry the meat.
