Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo palette of res, minced in 5cm cubes
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 45 grams butter
  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 carrots, pieces in slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1/2 bunches aromatic herb
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan heat the butter over medium heat and add the bacon and meat, carrots and let cook for 5 minutes.
Let the meat brown and add flour without stopping to move, add the beef broth.
Pour the wine, season, add herbs and chopped garlic , bring to a boil, cover and simmer, for 1 hour.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with pasta.
