In a bowl place the chicken and mix it with flour, salt, pepper and paprika until it is completely covered. Remove the excess.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the chicken to make a crispy crust, remove the chicken from the pan and reserve.
Add the butter, cook the onion, garlic, onion rings, mushrooms, add the chicken.
Add the white wine to deglaze, cook until it is reduced by half, add fresh thyme and sour cream, season with salt and pepper to your liking, serve and garnish with fresh parsley.
