Ingredients

  • 25 leaves spinach
  • 250 grams curd
  • 50 grams dehydrated cranberry
  • 1 stick cream cheese, Philadelphia
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 250 grams mushroom
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 leave aluminum foil
  • 5 grams salt
  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 20 grams onion
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle chili, ground
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Spread the butter on both sides and add salt and pepper. Place them in a dish.
Mix the cottage cheese with the blueberries. Fill chicken milanesas with 5-6 spinach leaves and a quantity of cottage cheese with blueberries. Roll and wrap in foil. Bake in a refractory for 25 min or until cooked.
In a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil, sauté the chopped onion and when transparent add the sliced ​​mushrooms and sauté. Let them release their liquid and add salt and pepper.
Prepare the cream. Blend the cream cheese bar, the ground chipotle chili, the chicken broth and the milk. Add this mixture to the pot with the mushrooms. It will be ready when it boils.
Serve the breasts dipped in the cream and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish and you can decorate with a pumpkin flower or bougainvillea to contrast. You can also decorate it with a spinach leaf or the same blueberries

TIPS

The aluminum helps the chicken not dry, it also keeps its juices and cooks faster. You can use the cheese bar with chipotle flavor or prepare it with the flavor that you like using the normal and chipotle bar, or slices of poblano chili.
