Preparation
Peel and cut banana scallops. In a pan pour the oil to heat enough and fry the scallops. Once fried reserve.
Remove the breasts and place three slices of banana and three strips of cream cheese along them; roll up
Once they are all stuffed and rolled breasts goes through salt and pepper; covers the whole breast.
In a pan fry the brisket and if you want to add a splash of oil and fine herbs.
Since they are well fried, serve them on a plate divided in half and accompany with the natural yoghurt.
