Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 piece of chicken breast flattened
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 250 grams of mushroom for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of cream for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of milk for the sauce
  • bouillon powder to taste, for the sauce
  • broccoli for the garnish
  • carrots for the garnish
  • green beans for the garnish
  • bell peppers for the garnish
  • Butters for the garnish
  • Water for the garnish
  • Salt for the garnish
  • black pepper for the garnish

    Preparation

    To prepare the chicken: Wash and peel the carrot, cut it into sticks. Cook the carrot in water with a pinch of salt, drain and set aside.
    Salt the chicken breast on both sides. Fill the breast with the carrot sticks and roll it up.
    In a hot pan, add the olive oil and add the breast, placing the lid of the pan.
    Cook the breast for a few minutes on both sides or until the center is cooked. Slicing the breast and serving.
    For the sauce: Wash the mushrooms, in a blender place the mushrooms, cream, milk, broth to taste and blend.
    In a hot pan, pour the sauce and cook until it changes to a darker shade.
    For the garnish: Wash and chop all the vegetables, cook the vegetables in water with a pinch of salt. Drain and remove it.
    In a pan put two teaspoons of butter and add the peppers. When they are soft add the rest of the vegetable.

    PRESENTATION
