Preparation
Pepper the breasts.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of yellow cheese, roll them up and wrap them with the bacon.
Place the rolls in a refractory.
Apart mix the mayonnaise with the cream and then empty this mixture to the rolls that are in the refractory.
Cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 45 minutes or until the breast is well cooked.
Accompany white rice with vegetables and a salad of lettuce.
