Preparation
In a bowl mix the roasted and cut tomato together with a spoonful of rosemary.
With a sharp knife, a hole is made in each breast and seasoned inside and out.
A quarter of the prepared tomato and a slice of panela are introduced to each one.
The opening is closed with a toothpick.
They are sprinkled with olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary.
In a pan heat olive oil and fry on both sides, until golden brown and cooked on the inside with the pan covered.
It is served accompanied with a salad.
