Preparation
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, flaxseed and blueberries from the Mighty Ginger Salad Eva® bag. Reserve the Eva® honey-ginger dressing.
Place a bit of the cheese mixture on top of the milanesas. Add kale and lettuce from the salad bag.
Roll the milanesas and secure with the help of a wooden stick. Season with salt and pepper.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the chicken fillets until golden brown and cooked. Reservation.
For the sauce, blend the onion with the garlic, the whipping cream, the mustard and the Eva® honey-ginger dressing that you reserved.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the sauce. Cook about 5 minutes and rectify seasoning.
