Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cleansed
  • 4 tablespoons Great Value® Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Salt Great Value®
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® Pepper
  • 3 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 3 potatoes, in cubes
  • 2 red peppers, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons Great Value® Pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Tie the legs of the chicken with hemp thread and throw the wings back. Spread the chicken inside and out with oil, salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix the mushrooms with oregano and thyme. Fill the chicken with this mixture.
In another bowl, mix the potatoes with the peppers, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on a baking tray and around the potatoes with the peppers.
Bake for about an hour, mixing from time to time and bathing with the juices, until the chicken is golden brown and the potatoes cooked.
