Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams turkey breast, boneless open in savanna.
  • 1 cup corn grain
  • 4 poblano peppers, roasted, peeled and cut into slices.
  • 1 white onion, thinly slice
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, stemless, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper

Preparation

Open the turkey breast in the savannah and season on one side and the other.
Sauté the onion and garlic with a little oil, add the corn kernels and then the poblano slices and season.
Place a sheet of plastic kitchen paper, and on this the open turkey breast add the poblano slices, wrap tightly with the plastic. Cook for 40 minutes in boiling water.
