Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/2 piece of onion cut in quarters
  • 500 grams of veal cut into pieces
  • 300 grams of mushroom crotados in half
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 6 pieces of Bollos Artesano Bimbo®
  • 6 branches of basil to decorate

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over low heat heat the butter, add the onion, the beef and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    Add the paprika mushrooms, add the white wine and let cook for 3 minutes.
    Add the cream, the mustard, season with thyme and cook for 3 more minutes.
    Over a Buns Craft Bimbo® place the veal with mushrooms, decorate with a little fresh basil.

    PRESENTATION

    On a plate accompanied by salad.

    TIPS

    You can substitute the white onion for yellow onion.
