Incredible criollo courgettes with creamy filling of pumpkin flower, spinach, the delicious flavor of the FUD® Pavo Virginia Ham, which will complement the flavor very well. Gratin with FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese ideal to have a full flavor option for this Lent.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 pumpkins, criolla
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup squash blossom, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup FUD® Pavo Virginia Ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 200 grams FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
On a board add the Creole squash and cut the top, with a teaspoon ahuécala without breaking. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the onion, garlic, pumpkin flower, spinach, FUD® Pavo Virginia Ham, cream cheese, season with salt to your liking, mix perfectly well.
Place the zucchini on a tray and fill with the previous preparation. Add FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese, fill a little.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the pumpkin is perfectly cooked and until the cheese is grated.
Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the zucchini and serve with a bit of finely chopped cilantro.

TIPS

Make sure the Creole zucchini are large so they can have more filling.
