Tacos de suadero, like those of taquerías de México. Where the rich and flavor of the meat will make you addicted. These taquitos are perfect to accompany them with onion and chopped cilatro and a delicious sauce, either green or red. You choose.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo suadero, or any type of beef cut, but not marinated
  • 12 lemons
  • 1 onion, large, washed and disinfected
  • 100 grams fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • to taste salt
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • to taste sauce, of your preference
  • 12 tortillas, the necessary

Preparation

Spoon the muffin with water, the juice of 2 lemons, the peels of the two lemons and salt in the express pot for 15 minutes.
While the bread is cooked, the cilantro, onion and the sauce that you prefer are prepared. They are booked separately.
Once cooked, the lamb is chopped into pieces as small as possible.

TIPS
