Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 package Shredded Beef SuKarne®
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, slice
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 baguettes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Lightly fry the shredded meat, remove the meat.
Pour the wine and scrape the bottom to deglaze, let it thicken for 2 minutes and return the meat.
Add onion, beef broth and mix. Let reduce until a thick broth is obtained.
Strain the remaining juice around the meat and if necessary, thick melting the butter and flour, then add the juice and beat with a balloon.
Cut the bread, fill with the meat and accompany with the juice.
Serve with some cheese or vegetables.
