Preparation
Pass the chicken pieces by cornstarch, then egg and then flour and fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown. Place them on absorbent paper and reserve.
In a pot pour water, orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Let boil for 3 minutes.
