Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3/4 cups orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Orange peel, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 kilo chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups green bean, steamed into pieces
  • 1/2 cups carrot, steamed into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon asian red chili
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups White rice

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the orange juice and cornstarch until the cornstarch has dissolved. Add the orange peel, ginger, soy sauce and red chili and mix well.
Heat a large skillet or a wok, if you have one. Add the oil and brown the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to the wok cooking until the chicken is well cooked and the onion is golden and crunchy.
Add the vegetables and the orange sauce, mix and continue cooking for about 3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve chicken over a bed of white rice.

TIPS

You can add more orange sauce if you like a more intense flavor.

Hacen falta pasos, queda como si fuera caldo. Para que quede como el de la foto, se tenía que hacer un preparado de harina y por aparte la salsa de naranja. UN FRAUDE.
