Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 boards steak, t-bone
  • 1/2 bags carbon
  • 1 kilo thick cut of meat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 fist Mezquite (chips)

Preparation

Light the charcoal and let it bleach (never cook with flames since they burn the meat).
Once the charcoal is white, spread the mesquite bark previously soaked in water and drained. When you release smoke put the meat on the grill.
Wait for the first sangerado of the meat after about 5 minutes and turn (for a half cooked term).

TIPS

Accompany with a lettuce salad with spinach, baked potato, mashed potatoes.
