They are prepared with chicken and shepherd sauce based on Natural Puree Tomato Del Fuerte® will be perfect to accompany them with roasted pineapple, onion and cilantro. Ideal if you do not love it or you can not eat pork.

Preparation
Roast in a low flame on a grill without burning the garlic, peel, onion, cloves, cumin, pepper until the aroma is released. Once roasted remove from the comal, remove the peel from the garlic and reserve.
Blend perfectly the ingredients that were cooked in the comal, the chilies, add the Natural Tomato Puree Del Fuerte®, pineapple juice, achiote, apple cider vinegar and season to your liking.
Add the chicken strips in a deep bowl and add the pasta to marinate for 1 hour.
Heat a pan over high heat with a little oil and fry the strips of chicken already marinated to cook. Once cooked, remove from the heat and ready to serve the tacos.
Heat the tortillas and add the chicken strips on top of the pineapple shells, add a little onion and cilantro to accompany them.
