This cake is ideal for your reheated ones, it is easy, fast and cheap. Use what you have left over from your Christmas meal and form this delicious tenderloin cake.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 4 guajillo chiles, for the sauce, roasted and soaked
  • 2 cloves garlic, roast, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, roast, for the sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth, for the sauce
  • 1 kilo pork loin, marinated and cooked
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 pieces telera bread
  • mayonnaise
  • refried bean
  • avocado
  • tomtato
  • chile, in vinegar

Preparation

Undo the tenderloin and reserve.
Blend the chiles, garlic, onion, and chicken broth. Reservation.
In a frying pan over medium heat add the butter, fry the onion until it is transparent, add the tenderloin and the red sauce, season with salt, pepper and oregano and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Cut the telera in half, add mayonnaise to one cover and to the other a little beans, add the tenderloin, accompany with avocado, beans and chilies to taste.
Enjoy with a lemonade.

PRESENTATION

On a plate and accompany with pickled chili peppers.

TIPS

You can brown the bread with the butter to give it a more crunchy and delicious touch.
