Preparation
In a saucepan heat the canola oil, add the wild rice and fry 2 minutes. Pour the hot water and the cube of Knorr® Chicken Broth, stir until dissolved, cover and cook for 20 more minutes over low heat or until the rice is well cooked. Reservation.
In a bowl, pour the reduced sodium soybeans, add the rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, honey and cornstarch and incorporate evenly.
It is a wide frying pan, heat the sesame oil, fry the chambray onion with tail, add the serrano pepper, the chicken, the diced jicama and the broccoli; cook until chicken begins to brown. Pour the soy mixture and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Serve the wild rice along with the teriyaki chicken and garnish with the chambray onion. Accompany with steamed vegetables.
