Thai Chicken Burrito

Prepare this delicious thai-style chicken burrito accompanied by a peanut dressing that gives an irresistible touch. The chicken is prepared with an exact mixture of spices that, in addition to giving it the best flavor, makes it incredibly juicy.

Ingredients

  • 4 spoonfuls of peanut butter for the dressing
  • 2 teaspoons of Sesame oil for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of soy sauce for the dressing
  • 2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of honey for the dressing
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Water for the dressing
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of garlic powder for the dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ginger powder for the dressing
  • 1 piece of chicken breast no bone, no skin, cut in halves (150 g each half)
  • 2 leaves of MAGGI® Juicy Frying Pan® Thai flavor
  • 4 pieces of flour tortillas for burritos
  • 8 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 Cup of purple cabbage in strips
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot in strips
  • 4 teaspoons of black sesame

    Preparation

    For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until incorporated. Reservation.
    Heat a pan over low heat for one minute. Meanwhile, place the chicken breast between a sheet of MAGGI® Juicy Pan-Fried® Thai flavor. Press lightly so that the herbs adhere to the chicken breast.
    Cook chicken over low heat and cover, about 8 minutes per side or until cooked. Remove from the pan and on a board, cut into thin slices.
    Heat the flour tortillas lightly on a comal.
    Arrange the burritos by placing lettuce, cabbage and carrots on the tortillas. Place chunks of thai-flavored chicken in the center, a little bit of peanut and sesame dressing. Close in the shape of a burrito and cut in half.
    Serve immediately and accompany with more dressing.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with peanut dressing.

    TIPS

    To make the chicken ideal, it is necessary to have a breast of approximately 150 grams.
