Ingredients

6 portions
  • 900 grams veal, chopped or lean beef steak
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 25 grams ground bread
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme, chopped fine
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the grill.
Put the meat, bread crumbs, egg and thyme in a large glass bowl and sprinkle to taste. Mix everything well with your hands.
Make 6 hamburgers with your hands. A knife can be used to form the sides.
Grill burgers at high temperature 3-4 minutes per side. Meanwhile, cut the bread in half and tuéstelos a little on the grill.
To serve put onions in thin rings, sliced ​​tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup so that everyone can prepare their hamburger to taste.
