Delicious pork rib in a three-chili sauce. A delicious and spicy dish that you can prepare at home. The pork ribs are tender and with that rich sauce that enhances its flavor and makes them unique.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo pork rib
  • 20 grams chipotle chili
  • 20 grams guajillo chili
  • 20 grams morita chile pepper
  • 1 can Nestle media creama

Preparation

Place the previously washed rib in a saucepan with a cup of water, let it cook until the meat is well cooked and soft, let it brown a little on both sides.
Put to hydrate the chiles in a little hot water. Once they are hydrated, remove the seeds, put in the blender with a little onion and garlic, grind well, add the chilli sauce to the rib and leave over medium heat until it boils.
After it started to boil, add the half cream and let it boil over low heat until it thickens a little and you have a delicious rib left.

PRESENTATION

You can present it with a little white rice with vegetables.

TIPS

You can use beef steak instead of rib so the preparation will be quicker.
