Preparation
Cook the chicken breast with 1 clove of garlic and salt.
Slice the onion in julienne. Finely chop the tomato, and the remaining garlic clove.
Once the breast is cooked, unravel very well.
In a pot add the onion, tomato, garlic and cook well.
Season with thyme, oregano, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chicken and the chipotle peppers, cook for 15 more minutes so that the ingredients are well integrated. It serves.
