Preparation
Place the tongue in a pot with water over medium heat for about 2 and a half hours.
When the tongue is already cooked it is removed from the water and cleaned by removing the cartilage. With a sharp knife, slice it into thin slices.
The tortillas are heated and the tacos are served.
