Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 guajillo chilies, without tail or seeds
  • 1 ancho chili pepper, without tail or seeds
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 600 grams pork leg, in cubes
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Juicy Rib Rib Broth
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 2 tablespoons pitted olive
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin

Preparation

Boil the dried chiles with the tomato, garlic and onion until they soften. Blend, strain and reserve.
In another pot, place the meat with the cube of Knorr® Juicy Rib, Caldo de Costilla, 1 clove of garlic and the laurel leaf.
Cover with water and boil over medium low heat until the meat is soft and the water evaporates completely.
In the pot of meat, pour the oil and fry the meat for a few minutes. Add the liquefied chiles, oregano, cumin and cook over medium low heat stirring from time to time until the sauce is well seasoned and the meat soft.

TIPS

You can add 1/4 cup of orange juice during the cooking of the meat.
