Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 pieces of tomato
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of whole black pepper
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cooked and shucked
  • 1 Cup of oil to fry
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream To accompany
  • 1 Cup of Ranchero cheese To accompany
  • 1 piece of avocado To accompany

    Preparation

    For the sauce, liquefy the tomato with the chicken stock, garlic, onion and fat pepper.
    In a saucepan over medium heat heat the oil and pour the sauce, season with bay leaves and salt leaves to cook until you have a thick sauce.
    In a skillet over medium heat heat the oil and fry the tortillas lightly. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Arrange the enchiladas by placing a little chicken on the tortillas, fold in half.
    Bathe with the sauce, serve with cream, cheese and avocado.

    TIPS
