Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cups tamarind concentrate
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 500 grams beef, for brochette
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped in medium cube
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, chopped in medium cube
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped in medium cube
  • 1 cup onion, chopped in medium cubes
  • 12 skewer sticks
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Blend orange juice, tamarind concentrate and serrano pepper.
Submerge the meat, peppers and onion so that they cover well with this sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Form the skewers alternating peppers by color, onion and meat.
Heat the grill or pan grill on high heat and sprinkle each skewer with 1 shot of PAM® Original.

PRESENTATION

Cook them on both sides, until you reach the desired term.

TIPS
