Give a twist to your traditional tartare recipe, with this recipe for Tuna Tartare with Flank Steak, which you can prepare with a touch of soy sauce, sesame oil and serrano pepper. For this recipe of tuna tartare, the most important thing is that you combine each ingredient perfectly.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 50 grams of flank steak
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 50 grams of Tuna steak
  • 2 spoonfuls of cucumber cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of red onion filleted
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coriander cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon of chile tampico cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon of radish chambray, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 12 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seed toasted
  • 1 piece of green lemon
  • enough of corn tortilla chip for serving

    Preparation

    In a frying pan over high heat, seal the flank steak previously seasoned with salt and pepper, on both sides. Remove, let rest and chop in cubes. Let cool completely.
    Cut the diced tuna steak and set aside.
    In a bowl, mix the cucumber with onion, cilantro, chili, radish, tuna and flank Steak.
    Season with sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame, lemon, salt and pepper. Serve with corn tostadas.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with baked corn chips.
