Ingredients

1 portion
  • 50 grams flank steak
  • enough salt and pepper
  • 50 grams Tuna steak
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, filleted
  • 1/2 tablespoons fresh coriander, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon chile tampico, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon radish, chambray, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
  • 1 lemon
  • enough corn tortilla chip, for serving

Preparation

In a frying pan over high heat, seal the flank steak previously seasoned with salt and pepper, on both sides. Remove, let rest and chop in cubes. Let cool completely.
Cut the diced tuna steak and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the cucumber with onion, cilantro, chili, radish, tuna and flank Steak.
Season with sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame, lemon, salt and pepper. Serve with corn tostadas.

PRESENTATION

Serve with baked corn chips.
