Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Prego® Mushroom Sauce
  • 1/4 cups red onion, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 2 eggs, Cooked
  • 500 grams ground beef, of Turkey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
