Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of bacon cut into cubes
  • 2 spoonfuls of echalote finely chopped
  • 2 cups of spinach cut into thin strips
  • 3/4 of Cup of Apple cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of dehydrated cranberry
  • 1 Cup of goat cheese
  • 1 piece of Turkey breast open
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of White wine
  • 2 pieces of echalote finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • to taste of chives finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a skillet heat medium fry the bacon , add the echalote, the spinach Eva®, let cook for 5 minutes until it releases all its juice.
    Add the apple, walnuts, blueberries, goat cheese, season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and Reserve.
    Pepper the turkey breast, add the spinach filling, roll and with the help of a brimmed hemp thread the turkey breast to preserve the shape.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the paper and bake 20 more minutes or until golden brown. Rest.
    For the white wine sauce: in a small pot heat the white wine over medium heat, add the shallot and little by little the cream and butter. Let reduce for 5 minutes and salpimenta.
    Cut the turkey breast, place on a plate and serve with the white wine sauce, garnish with green onions.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate accompanied by asparagus.
