Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 cups of Turkey breast cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of spinach cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of red bell pepper cut into small cubes
  • 3 pinches of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 3 pieces of Philadelphia® cheese 190g each
  • 300 grams of philo pasta
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter clarified

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, onion and sauté for 2 minutes, add the turkey and fry for 5 more minutes. Add the spinach, the pepper, season, add the thyme and cook for 5 more minutes. At the end add the milk and remove from heat.
    Incorporate Philadelphia® Cheese and blend perfectly. You should have a creamy mixture.
    Put a layer of philo pasta sheets in a baking dish, varnishing each layer with clarified butter to soften. Add turkey stuffing, repeat the operation and finish with a philo pasta layer.
    Bake for 25 or 35 minutes or until the philo pasta is well browned, taking care not to burn.

    PRESENTATION

    Serves in an extended dish accompanied by a salad.
