Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 750 grams turkey chop
  • 3/4 cups raspberry
  • 3 teaspoons chipotle chili, milled
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup no sugar natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Traditional, cook the onion, garlic, raspberries, chipotle, add the previously warm yogurt to avoid cutting, season with the chicken broth and salt and pepper
Apart spray a pan with a shot of Traditional PAM® and cook the chops on both sides

PRESENTATION

Serve them bathed in sauce.

TIPS

The raspberries must mature in the plant, to have all their nutritional value. As soon as they are pulled out, within a few hours they begin to lose flavor and aroma.
