Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 250 grams turkey breast, ground
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 10 grams salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Preparation

Place the FAGE Total® 0% Yoghurt in a pot, add the garlic clove and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Blend until the cheese is melted.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour, beat quickly to form a homogeneous dough. Cook it for about 5 minutes or until it turns a light golden color. Add this mass to the FAGE Total® 0% Yoghurt sauce with grated cheese and beat until you get a creamy sauce without lumps.
Mix the ground turkey breast together with the egg, bread crumbs, garlic and the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into small balls and brown in a hot skillet with little vegetable oil.
Once sealed, transfer the meatballs to the pot with the FAGE Total® 0% Yoghurt sauce and Parmesan cheese, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
It serves.

PRESENTATION

Bathe the meatballs with the sauce and sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top.

TIPS

No me salió el paso de la harina, cuando incorporé la harina al yogurt quedaron muchos grumos.
