Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 smoked turkey
  • 200 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 300 grams parmesan cheese
  • 5 grams grape, white
  • 500 grams cambray onion
  • 3 twigs fresh rosemary
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 liters white wine
  • 3 bottles light beer

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Once defrosted and clean the turkey, place it in the pavera, inject 1 liter of wine and 1 beer, focusing on the breast and ensuring that all areas of the bird are injected.
Place the grapes inside the turkey, leaving a few to place around the bird inside the mold.
Clean and cut the chambray onions in halves and with the short rabitos, place them in the pavera together with the bird and the grapes.
Cover the turkey, onions and grapes with the striped parmesan cheese, salt and enough pepper, making sure that the cheese is stuck to the bird because we are looking for a light crust of cheese and the butter that it smeared at first.
Pour another beer around the bird so that it dips the onions a little, includes (around the bird) the rosemary sprigs to flavor the bird and the onions
Cover the mold / refractory with aluminum foil and take it to the oven, raise the temperature to 220 ° C and wait until it is completely cooked.
After 45 minutes check the turkey liquid, if necessary, pour the rest of the wine and the remaining beer to prevent the meat of the turkey is dry.

PRESENTATION

Bring to the table in refractory along with the onions and the grapes!

TIPS

The more times the turkey is injected, the meat will be juicier; You can also add a little garlic to add flavor and accompany it with baked potatoes with spices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar as garnish.

Está mal tu receta. En los ingredientes dice 5 gramos de uva. Imposible rellenar un pavo con 5 gramos de uva. ¿Me puedes indicar la cantidad correcta por favor?
