Turkey Stuffed with Meat and Nuts

The richest season of the year has arrived at Kiwilimon and we are celebrating it, preparing this spectacular turkey stuffed with nuts, covered in a spicy butter. Your guests will be delighted with such a delicacy.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup bacon, diced, for the filling
  • 1 cup chorizo, in pieces, for the filling
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 2 cups ground beef, pork, for the filling
  • 2 cups ground beef, beef, for the filling

Preparation

For the filling, in a pan over medium heat, add the bacon once it begins to release the fat, add the chorizo, cook 3 minutes, add the onion and cook until it softens, add the garlic, celery, meat ground pork and beef, season with salt and pepper. Let cook 10 minutes.
Add the almonds, walnuts, blueberries and dates, rectify seasoning, add the thyme, white wine and cook for 10 more minutes covered. Remove from heat and reserve.
For the spiced butter, in a bowl add the butter, the thyme, the oregano, the rosemary, season with salt and pepper, mix until you have a homogeneous preparation. Reservation
Fill the cavity of the turkey with the help of a spoon, with the help of a brush, varnish the turkey with the spiced butter. Bake for 3 hours at 180 ° C. Reservation.
Serve on an extended platter, decorated with slices of orange, lemon, rosemary and thyme.
Cut a slice, serve with the filling. Enjoy accompanied by a glass of white wine!

TIPS
