  • 450 grams White bread, in cubes
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped in cubes
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 sage, only the leaves finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the bread cubes on a baking tray and bake until they dry, stirring occasionally. Around 30 minutes. Reservation.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 1/2 stick of butter and add the onion and celery. Cook until they are transparent.
Combine the sautéed onion and celery with the bread cubes in a large bowl and mix.
Add all spices and 1 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Mix very well and pour in a refractory oven previously greased.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining chicken broth and eggs, beat with the help of a balloon whisk to incorporate and pour into the refractory. Mixture.
Add pieces of the remaining butter on top of the preparation and cover with aluminum foil. Bake about 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake 5 more minutes so that it takes color. Serve immediately.
