Exquisite stuffed turkey, the turkey is injected with butter, milk and white wine. The filling consists of sautéed vegetables such as carrot, potato, pore, celery, peas, squash, and thick-cut ham.

Preparation
Melt the butter, once melted we inject it into our turkey, then the liter of white wine, and finally the milk.
FOR THE FILLING: Cut all the vegetables into a large cut and sauté them until they brown a little along with the ham.
Fill the turkey with the above and put it in the oven.
FOR THE SAUCE We toast the flour until it takes a coffee color, we will add a little water (or chicken broth to give better flavor) and season.
Once our turkey is well cooked (but not dry!) We serve it and bathe it with the sauce that we previously made.
