Preparation
The wings and legs are tied with hemp thread, preheat the oven to 160ºC.
In a saucepan heat the butter, the apple juice and the cider, salt and pepper and once the ingredients are incorporated, remove from the heat, let it cool. Inject the turkey with the cider preparation.
Spread the turkey with the glaze and put it in the kettle, cover with the aluminum foil and bake for 6 hours.Remember to bathe the turkey from time to time with the juices that it releases so that it does not dry out.
For the glaze: Mix the apple juice, honey and vinegar, pour into a saucepan and bring to medium heat. Once the mixture is slightly thick, add the chicken broth and keep over medium heat until it has a syrupy consistency.
Let it cool, once ready GOOD USE TO ALL.
