This recipe for turkey with honey is truly delicious and simple. You do not necessarily have to prepare it at Christmas, since in addition to the delicious flavor it will give off a sweet smell that will remind you of these dates.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 12 seedless prunes
  • 180 grams of walnut
  • 3 tablespoons of bee honey
  • 400 grams of ground pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 1 Turkey

Preparation

Soak the plums during the previous night.
Remove them from soaking.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Chop the nuts roughly and fill the plums with them; Pass the plums for honey.
Place the pork in a bowl, add the plums and the finely chopped onion. Season
Finally add the egg and mix.
Place the stuffing inside the previously cleaned and seasoned turkey, cover it with aluminum foil and butter.
Bake for 1 hour and a half, remove the aluminum and bathe with the juices of the cooking; cover it with a layer of honey.
Wrap it again and continue baking for 1 and a half hours more.
To make the skin crunchy, remove the aluminum 40 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

To make it more juicy the turkey on the eve you can inject it with white wine, and inside put butter.
