Rich turkey stuffed with a sweet and sour pea made of pine nuts, pork, apple pieces, among other ingredients that make this recipe a delight.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 9 kilos Turkey
  • 1 bottle cider
  • 1 kilo ground pork
  • 100 grams pinion
  • 4 apples
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 syringe

Preparation

The cider is injected into the turkey (in breast, legs and thighs).
Fry the finely chopped garlic and onion until golden brown.
Add the meat and when it is cooked add the dried fruit and what was left over from the cider.

Bake at 320ªC until cooked.
