Rich turkey stuffed with a sweet and sour pea based on pine nuts, pork, apple pieces, among other ingredients that make this recipe a delight.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 9 kilos turkey
  • 1 bottle cider
  • 1 kilo ground pork
  • 100 grams pinon nuts
  • 4 apples
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

With the help of a syringe, the cider is injected into the turkey (into the breast, legs and thighs).
Finely chopped garlic and onion are fried until golden brown.
Add the meat and when it is cooked add the dried fruit and the rest of the cider.
The turkey is stuffed with the stew and the apple in pieces.
The whole turkey is spread with butter, salt and pepper and placed in the pavera to rest for 3 or 4 hours
Bake at 320ºC until cooked.
