Ingredients

0 portions
  • 1/2 turkey breasts with bone, (half turkey)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pinches thyme
  • pinches poultry seasoning
  • pinches sage
  • pinches coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups shallot
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cider

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 F or 210 degrees.
Grease a tray to cook turkey.
Then grind in the blender ¼ cup of onion, 2 garlic with the herbs, add 1 tablespoon of oil and spread the breast with this.
Put the breasts on the baking tray and add a cup of cider, bake for an hour, add ½ cup of water if necessary.
Add the flour to the onion and echallot, leave a few minutes. Add the cider and leave in soft heat. Spice with salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Slice the thin turkey breast and serve with the sauce.
