Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes, medium
  • 1/2 liters white wine
  • 2 tablespoons cognac
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • enough oil
  • enough rosemary
  • enough bay (laurel)
  • 1 orange
  • enough salt
  • 2 Turkey leg

Preparation

Marinade the leg in wine, salt, orange peel, 1 bay leaf, parsley, rosemary, onion, cognac and orange juice. Rest between 2 and 5 hours.
Once this time has passed, put the turkey in the oven with oil, for 2 hours and sprinkle occasionally with the marinade.
Cut the onion and potatoes. Sauté them a little in the pan.
Place the potatoes with the onion and serve a bed on the plate. Put the turkey leg on top.
