Ingredients

  • 15 pieces of cuaresmeño chile
  • 3 pieces of Turkey Chorizo ​​FUD® Care-t +
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped, for filling
  • 2 spoonfuls of boneless olive Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 Cup of tomato Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of black bean whole, cooked, for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of corn cob yellow, shelled, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 Cup of acid low fat cream delayed, for dip
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil for dip
  • 3 pieces of avocado for dip
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice for dip
  • 1 Cup of coriander leaves, for dip
  • 1 pinch of Salt for dip
  • 1 pinch of Pepper for dip

    Preparation

    For the chilies, heat a comal over medium heat and roast the chiles until they are completely bold, place them in a bag and let them sweat for around 15 minutes.
    Take the chiles out of the bag and with the help of your fingers rub them to remove the skin, open in half taking care not to break them, remove the seeds and veins. Reservation.
    For the filling, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the FUD® turkey sausage with the onion, the garlic, the tomato, the black beans, the yellow corn and the coriander. Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
    On a table stuffed the chiles with the previous preparation, and reserve.
