Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 kilos of turkey breast with bone
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of fresh thyme chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups of White wine
  • 6 berries to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
    Put the turkey breast on a baking sheet.
    Mix garlic, mustard, herbs, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Pepper.
    As the mixture is pasty consistency. Add the herb sauce between the skin and the meat with your fingers.
    All the remaining pasta spread over the whole skin of the turkey breast (above).
    Add the wine in the mold where the turkey breast is.
    Put the turkey breast in the oven for 2 hours (everything depends on the oven of each one).
    The skin will look golden and will be cooked inside. Otherwise, place aluminum foil over the turkey and wait until it is sewn inside.
    Remove the turkey from the oven and cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
    Slicing and serving with the juices that the turkey breast took out.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a delicious mashed potato and garnish with blueberries.

    me parece practica Tendría que preguntar en el Super si venden solo la pechuga de pavo, de lo contrario es hacer mejor el pavo entero, la idea es buena y practica
